Everyday you spend time for others. Do what they like, hangout with them and so on. But its high time you spend time for yourself. This art is a dedication to the self. I'm not for any gender in particular, a race or community. It's being humans that matter the most. So raise a cup (or a glass) for the self....for you as a person. Because only when you respect what's within you , can you respect what's around. You're beautiful. You're strong. You are you.
