Inner Peace
Be selective in your battles. Sometimes peace is better than being right. I'm not sure if this was said by Lord Buddha but fake or not these words do convey an important message. Arguements wear us down especially with people who just want their point to be proved inspite of what the truth is. It brings a lot of negative energy within us and weighs us down. So sometimes, its ok to loose because our inner peace matters more than winning some random arguements. Inner peace begins the moment you choose not to allow another person or event to control your emotions.
